Hileary Cleary understands how stressful the home buying and selling process can be and strives to consistently ease her clients through the moving experience. After falling in love with the Real Estate process over 20 years ago, Hileary’s career has led to selling real estate in some of the most competitive markets in the country including Marin County, CA, the Greater Boston Area and over 10 years in the Chicagoland area. Hileary brings a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and negotiation strategies to bear desirable results for her clients.

When I first meet with a client I get a thorough list of what the client is looking for, how often they want to hear from me, and their preferred contact method. I will also preview homes as they come onto the market so that I can help my clients decide if it is worth their time and effort.
“For my seller clients: I use many tools to provide the client with the most updated listings, market conditions and feedback from showings. Real Estate is my passion. I hold a Master's in clinical social work and I feel like this degree has prepared me to be able to guide my clients through this sometimes stressful process. I like to connect with people and feel grateful when they trust me to help them.”
